VARTA Microbattery Pte Ltd (VMPL) is a subsidiary of VARTA Microbattery GmbH, Germany. In 1972, VMPL set up a manufacturing plant in Singapore and subsequently established its regional headquarters here for the Asia Pacific region. VMPL operates an extensive network of sales offices in Singapore, Taiwan, Hongkong/China, South Korea and Japan. Distributors and agents are appointed throughout Asia and the Pacific (Australia and New Zealand). Through such an arrangement, VMPL is always available to provide prompt consultation and fast, responsive service support to customers anywhere in the region.
